Every Ship to Devs kit is a one-time digital download. Nothing renews.

The policy

If a kit isn't useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get your money back in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Reply to your purchase receipt, or email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Include the kit's name if you bought more than one.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up.

What happens after a refund

Your download access for that kit ends. Please delete the files you downloaded.

Polar's own refunds

Polar may also refund an order directly under its own policies, for example to prevent a chargeback. If that happens, the same applies: download access ends.
